Ninoline edutech (http://www.ninolineedu.com) run by sanjeev bhasin and his son khitiz bhashin is a fraud company.
They are running scam all over india in all the states. They took advance money from us for school books and its been 3 months and they have not delivered any books. They have blocked our phone numbers. Both father and son are fraud.
Be careful of this scam sanjeev bhasin and khitiz bhasin. They are also fooling people in the name of school franchise "my chota school" they take money for the franchisee and never delivers the project. They are operating from delhi and cheating people in all states of india.

We wish to explore the opportunity to explain the situation which has arisen inspite of our efforts to support you in the bad time of your life .
We signed an agreement with you at Bangalore in 2017 and you promised to pay the amount of ₹250000 to us as per the agreement which was supply advance .
Out of this ₹250000, you could pay only ₹60000 that too in many instalments . The instalments were so low upto ₹5000 also on certain day . Always you informed us that you were in very bad financial situation . Infact you said that you were selling some flat which you couldn't because you had not paid money to the real estate company . Therefore the agreement terms were left in between .
We kept on following with you many times . We even visited Bangalore to find ways to support you but you couldn't solve the matter .
Thereafter you contacted us to give you franchise of My Chhota School in Purnia at Bihar where your brother is living .
We said that still Bangalore agreement was incomplete and we can't process another agreement with you . You insisted for our support in your bad times of your life . Therefore upon your request, we agreed and we gave you franchise of our My Chhota School brand .
Due to labour packing problem, some mistake happened and our labour sent you shoe racks in place of table . We have replaced tables immediately . All other materials have reached you except some books and pamphlets.
We have despatched these also by train through train agent Mr Meena and informed you his contact details . You have been using abuses towards the company and its management during all this . And when we object it, you have seeked to pardon by saying sorry twice .
We must emphasize that during all this your behaviour is extremely rude and we understand it's your frustrations of your failed business life and financial trouble in your life which puts you in a situation to leave all agreements in between whether it's with us or realtors or some other persons Like Mr Rudal .
You have paid us Rs60000 out of Bangalore agreement which is kept on lingering and you have to pay balance ₹190000 to complete and start it .
You paid ₹26000 to us for franchise of our My Chhota School and still you have to pay ₹45000 to us .
In the above circumstances, we have decided that we are going to initiate legal course of action due to
A. Your abusive language towards the company
B. We have stopped last shipment materials of pamphlet and books at Patna .
C. Legal criminal case against you for threatening over phone .
D. Cancel the franchise agreement between your brother and our company .
Kindly notice we shall still give you a last chance to work with us if you tender and written apologies to the company over email within 3 days of getting this email .
In absence of any apologies, you shall face police action as well as other relevant legal actions .
