[Resolved]  Nippon Car Lock / Maruti Genuine Accessories — Defective central lock system

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the issue with my Nippon Central Lock in Maruti Swift.
I have fitted a Nippon central lock in my Swift Ldi from the Maruti Authorised dealer in Lucknow in December 2013 and within 20 days it has started giving problems. The front left door is not opening by the remote and when shown at the service center they are saying one ring is missing which is fitted inside the door pannel. they have put a wire instead of that and told me to contact Nippon for that part as they dont have it. Its sad how come the part is missing from inside the door pannel ain a new system within 20 days.
please look into this and get the issue resolved.
