This post is about one Fraud company operating by the name of "B R Health Care" in Bikaner and who owns the brand "Nirbhaya Sanitary Napkins" This company is being run by two fraud brothers named Mr. Rajendra Singh and Mr. Bhawani SIngh. This company approached us in the year 2019 to get 500 Auto hood printed and to be sent to their Bikaner office. We agreed for INR 500/Hood GST (Purchase order signed by Mr. Rajendra is attached with the post) and supplied the hoods to them in the month of Oct 2019 and have raised invoice dated 02/12/2019 amounting INR 292050/- (Invoice copy attached with the post) since then it's been more than 15 months these people are fooling us around for the payment. We have been constantly following up with them but they came with new excuses each time and have been delaying the payment since the last 15 months. I visited Bikaner around 4 month back and took this fraud person Rajendra Singh to the police station where he pleaded in front of police that he will clear our dues within next 15 days. Since then also it's been around 4 months and these guys have not cleared our payment yet.
They have no business ethics and their commitment has no value, big lier they are. I have also spoken to their distributors in Jaipur and both of them also say that these are fraud guys. When I checked online I found many other person's to whom they have cheated and have not paid salaries as well to their employees. I was informed that Mr. Rajendra was also arrested in Kolkata for their frauds. They have cheated many people in the name of giving franchisees. I am in touch with all the people they have cheated and we are collectively going to file a police complaint and legal case against this fraud company and the owners and make sure that they got arrested for their frauds.
I am writing this post so that other people can remain aware of these frauds and avoid having any kind of business relation with these. Requesting you all to be aware of this fraud company and share this post as much as possible so that they can not cheat anyone else. Also go to their social media profile and google listing and rate them negative and write negative reviews so that other people can be saved from these frauds. All the reviews on their FB, Justdial and google listing are fake and paid ones. Lets go to their facebook, Justdial and google listing and give them some real ratings and reviews. Lets bring the rating to 1 on all their profiles.
