Nitai Chandra Banerjee — Non issuing of nation savings certificate viii

This is regarding postmaster of Barrackpore Bazar P.O. (Pin - 700120), North 24 Pgs, WB. He is unable to do his job properly due to CBS system is going on. I, Nitai Chandra Banerjee, have submitted application for purchase of NSC for a sum of Rs 85, 000/- from Barrackpore Bazar P.O. and amount for the same has already been deducted from my account on 23.11.2015 but till date, the postmaster of above post office is unable to issue the NSC VIII. I`ve not yet received my NSC. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Other peoples are also facing same problem by this postmaster.
