We applied for new connections in January 2023 at our residence. In March 2023, gas pipeline and meter was installed. The installation team assured us that gas connection and supply will be operational within 14 days from the date of installation. However, no such procedure has been carried by the concerned team. We have done several follow-ups with the local IGL team but no positive response has been shown to us.
