Nitishree Shouryapuram Nh 24 — Plot at shouryapuram ghaziabad not yet received

I have booked a plot in nitishree shouryapuram NH 24 project in 2005 and paid 11 lac for 175 sq yard plot. We didn't receive anything from the builder and no body is responding us. Please suggest.
