Nittany — I need clarification

Hi frds. I was attend the interview in nittany. I was apply for account job position. I have 6yrs experience in account s. Nittany says 18month bond and original certificate are submission need. Please friends give your suggestion for me i can join or not. Because i was searching job for 6months i was facing many problem in my life so that i can not lose this opportunity.
