Today 01st feb 2019 i received 5 call from nivresh icon (https://niveshicon.com/) where representative from nivesh icon was talking in rude manner and was not having proper language without politness was getting call from mobile number +91 [protected]. He was telling me it was your mistake to open dmat account and providing the phone number to the broking firm. When i told him i got call 4 times in a day then why am i getting call again and again where he replied you only got 4 call there are 500+ emplies in our company you will get more call from them also. I am not sure from where they got my number and started calling me from today.
My desirable resolution will be company should train their employes how to have word with any of the clients and need to educate them how to be polite when you are representing your company name to someone. Was this information helpful? |
