[Resolved]  Nivnand Air Travels — Agent refusing to refund the cancelled Air Ticket Amount

Dear Sir, We used to book Air Tickets for our employees with agent “Nivnand Airtravles” in the past. Last one year we are booking tickets through other agent as we had some issues with Nivnand. We made a Air Ticket in Air India through Nivnand Airtravels in the past and the same is cancelled as the employees not travelled. The airticket details as as given below, Airlines: Air India Cancelled Tickets: 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] Nivnand Air Travels as done this tickets with Air India through Akbar Travels. We have followed with Air India and Akbar Travels and they have confirmed the ticket money is refunded to Nivnand Air Travels and we need to get back the amount from Nivnand. For last 20 days Nivnand is refusing to refund and says we can only book tickets and adjust the amount. When we said we will not book tickets they said we can do whatever we want and they will not pay the money.
