I subscribed to Prenu Services three times since August 2025 — two 3-month subscriptions and one annual subscription — paying ?24, 630 for a verified nanny placement service. A nanny was placed and worked for 8 months. When she decided to quit, her notice period was registered with Prenu. She did not serve it, created conflict in our household, made false statements, and took up employment at an immediate neighbour's house — causing severe emotional distress to my family. I informed Prenu's team that the nanny was refusing to serve her notice period. Their response was - we cannot enforce her — an admission of complete inability to manage their own placed candidates. I have been without any domestic help for over two weeks with a young child at home. Replacement request was raised almost a month ago. Contacts shared were entirely unvetted — wrong language, health issues, non-functional numbers — requiring persistent follow-up just to receive. When I requested a refund, I was refused rudely on call with frivolous reasons such as "your house is away from the main road" and "it is summer holidays." Despite a formal legal notice and multiple written rebuttals, Prenu has refused any refund hiding behind a non-refundable clause. Their own written responses contradict each other and avoid addressing specific failures directly. Notably, 10 months of my annual subscription remain entirely unutilised and unserved. A complaint has been filed with the National Consumer Helpline and E-Daakhil filing is in progress. If you are considering Prenu Services, be aware that their urgency in collecting subscription renewals is starkly different from their responsiveness when you actually need help.
