I have had bad experience too with them. They forced the lady to work night and day at my house for the money they get as the agency. The poor girl cried right after they left and told she was not willing to stay away from her family. Consoled her and requested her to stay till the next day atleast as it was late night and we could not send her. Asked the agency to come and take her and get the replacement, they came scolded the girl, the replacement they had got when asked said they had forced her to come along. Next day the lady with us ran away leaving my house wide open with my kids in. Now they are not returning the deposit they took. After multiple following they returned 5K. They claim that I need to pay them... Such bad customer service never have I experienced. I will follow up and have action taken on these people.
