Sir/mam as i purchased no addiction product from the website (www.noaddiction-powder.in) on 11th august 2017 by cash on delivery which cost rs 2600 and the product was delivered on 16th august 2017 and found the product was fake on the same day of delivery as the product outer cover was teared and was not packed properly, it does not had price tag, no date of expiry and manufacture, the logo was also not correct which i saw on the website during the time of ordering and on the same day of delivery i contacted the customer care no. [protected] with my registered mobile number and had a talk with the person, the person was not cooperating and told me to send him full information of product including the invoice on whatsapp so as to verify the product and likewise i send him the images with invoice and he told me he would call me the next day after the product is verified, on the next day i saw no phone calls from the customer care and tried to call them but this time their phone no. Was either busy or out of coverage i attempted many times to call them from my registered no. But had no reply or call back from them, so i decided to call the customer care from another phone no. And this time they picked up the phone and a lady agent took the phone and asked me whether you want to order our product and i told the lady that i got a fake no addiction product from your website and the lady cut down the phone call and did not spoke about the product also i tried to call them from other no. And they took up the phone and cut down. This time i saw fooled myself from ordering the product and written a mail to them but had no reply.

Sir/mam the website also offer 15 days refund policy (As mentioned in the website) but since i had no reply or phone calls from their site i feel myself fooled now i want refund for the product
