No Brokerage — Amount deducted on unsuccessful transaction on 01.03.2022 and not refunded yet

I have paid my rent of Rs. 73, 000/- on 01st of March, 2022 for which a fee of Rs. 730/- is applicable on the deducted amount. So, the total amount was Rs. 73, 730/- which was deducted through my credit card. But that time the transaction was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted from my credit card. At the same time I have called the NO BROKERAGE team and they said the deducted amount will be refunded in 24-48 hours but the refund is not processed yet. Now, I again called the NO BROKERAGE team (the executive name is Mr. Santosh) today but they said they didn't receive the amount. Screenshot of deducted amount is attached for your reference. My registered contact number is [protected] in the name of Babu Rangila. Now, I have been chasing NO BROKERAGE team for the last 5 days but still the reply from their side is not satisfactory. The amount was deducted on 1st of March, 2022 but there is no answer received from your side. I have called on a daily basis but their executive said there is a minimum time of 24 hours to revert on mail. But till date no reply has been received from NO BROKERAGE. I have also shared the ref no. of the transaction i.e. MT220610197000010122846. Please help me for this.
