I had posted my property in Delhi for sale on Nobrokerhood. The company claims no brokerage and wide coverage. Immediately after posting on their website, phones started ringing regularly from the executives of nobrokerhood claiming that there so many, so many, so many buyers in the area and that I should prefer for premium listing which would entail my 5X fast chances. Ultimately, after receiving so many calls, I went for premium listing and paid Rs. 8848/- for the purpose.
2. After may payment one exclusive relationship manager – Ms Pranita Kulkarny was assigned to me. It is now 42 days that I had taken the plan and during this period, the result is a big big big zero. I receive a call from the RM once a week and the result is zero. Everytime she says the same thing that no serious customer could be tapped.
3. Whenever a persons shows interest in my property, the website of nobrokerhood shows under the head ‘my listing’. There are two options – reject or send to RM. I send every interest shown to RM. About three weeks back, the RM told me not to forward these interests to her. To my question, I was told that such interests are not genuine. When I questioned back as to how can she claim so without any logic, she does not have a reply. This issue I have discussed with her so many times. Once she told me that she will arrange a call from her senior which never came.
4. What I feel is that this website is meant to fleece the customers with any positive output. My assessment is based on the fact that so far 30 persons have shown interest in the property and none has called me, no visit, no proper feedback from nobroker. It is beyond my comprehension that 30 persons show interest in the property and none is ready to talk even. Nobroker is not ready to share the feedback as to whom they contacted and what happened.
5. Going by the experience, I am sure that in my life, I will never opt for any service of nobroker. Other potential customers of nobroker may like to consider 100 times before they fall in the trap of nobroker.
