On the 30th of June, I engaged No Brokers Packers and Movers to handle the shifting of my household belongings. At the time of booking, they assured me that the delivery would be completed within 2-4 days. However, despite repeated follow-ups and attempts to track the progress of my belongings, I have yet to receive them.
I have made numerous attempts to contact No Brokers Packers and Movers for updates, but their response has been nonexistent. This lack of communication and failure to meet the promised delivery schedule has caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I would like to bring to your attention the following details regarding my complaint:

Further to that, I am writing to express my profound discontent and deep frustration regarding the abysmal handling of my household goods by "No Broker" Shifting, to whom they were entrusted on July 30th (Sunday). Despite their commitment to deliver my belongings within 2-4 days as per the agreement, I received them only on August 27th. To my utter dismay, upon inspection, I discovered that my two-wheeler's front guard and my television have suffered severe damage during the transportation process. This incident has left me utterly disappointed and infuriated by the complete lack of professionalism displayed by your team.

Despite my numerous follow-ups with No Broker Shifting regarding the status of my delivery, I have received no response or updates from them. This complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable and has only added to my growing frustration.

As a paying customer, I had every expectation that my belongings would be handled with the utmost care and attention. However, this experience has proven otherwise. The extent of damage inflicted upon my two-wheeler and television is a clear testament to the negligence and lack of proper handling during the transportation process. I have attached photographs of the damage as proof alongside the receipt and transportation documentation where I explicitly mentioned the potential for damage.

Now the question remains, who will bear the cost for this extensive damage?

I demand a prompt and satisfactory justification from your side regarding this matter. I expect a detailed response outlining the reasons behind the damage, as well as a proposed solution or appropriate compensation for the immense inconvenience caused.
