No Company — 3 dogs chasing people passing by the street

I am a resident of munjmahuda area of akota, Vadodara. 3 dogs are chasing people passing by the road near Axay auto deal munjmahuda area. I was passing by the road those dogs chased me and tried to bite me, although a rickshaw driver came to my rescue and saved me but still I was injured. This has happened in the past as well.
It has become fearful to pass through that road now. Please take some action immediately.
