No Company — delay in delivery and asking bribes by postman

Hi we are having problems in area Diamond Avenue Majitha road Amritsar Punjab which is under amritsar gpo. postman usually dont deliver in this area and when he comes to this area asking bribes. we think he collect all the mails together and deliver once a month. this is not good for running businesses in this area . please rectify this problem
