No Name — A stray dog mostly likely to be rabies

There is a female stray dog who looks like affected with disease, mostly likely to be rabies. I had been trying for past 3 days to reach so many people in HAS and Sanitary inspector of this ward to guide and do the needful. So that humans and others dogs in the area are safe. But noone has turned up to resolve this. It is getting unsafe for everyone here. This is a dreadful disease and should be given priority as it could spread to so many people and other dogs.
