No — Sim activation not done

I had got a dulpicate SIM for my number and they told me that it will be activated within 4 hrs... I waited for 24 hrs still not activated... Please help me... Please... I am neither able to call from that number to customer care because it is not activated... Please help me.. My requested activation number
