Noanybroker — Harassment by No any Broker Staff (Shifting date 10/08/2023)

I have searched for shifting agencies at “Logisticmart.com”, they connected me to an authorized person of “No any broker packers & movers all india” with Contact No. ([protected]).

Someone, Mr. Parveen ([protected]) contacted me on behalf of “No any brokers packers & movers” with and finalized shifting of my household in the same premises. And asked me to contact him whenever shifting date is finalized.

I contact Mr. Parveen ([protected]) on 04/08/23, and finalized the charge of shifting Rs.5000/- ( after sending him details of major items as desired by him) and asked him to visit if required before shifting and also told him the shifting date of 10/08/2023. He asked me to send token money of Rs.500/- as confirmation on mobile no. [protected] via paytm. The amount of Rs. 500/- as token money was transferred on 05/08/23 via paytm.

I called him on 09/08/23 and asked him to provide the details of persons coming to shift the household items. He then provided me with the number – [protected], the person at this number assured me to be at my location by 8:30am of 10/08/23. The quotation no. 1134 ( of NO ANY BROKER) was sent to me by Mr. Parveen at 10:30pm of 09/08/23 claiming a total amount of Rs. 5000/- for shifting.

The 3 labour arrived including Mr. Darsan ([protected]) at 11:05 am on 10/08/23, Rs.500/- also transferred to him in his phone pay A/c (i.e Mr. darsan) and started the packing work till 5:00pm (with lunch break).All the major packing material was shifted down in the street, and all household item was at road. A vehicle was called for shifting after complete packing & dump at road.

After one round of shifting, a scene was created by Mr. darsan and Mr. parveen for payment of Rs.10000/-, otherwise they will not shift the material. The final settlement amount was agreed by me Of Rs. 7000/-, balance 6000/- again transferred to Mr. darsan phone pay A/c[protected]. Mr. darsan also assured me to shift all the material.

But to my surprise after 3rd round of shifting, labour ran away without information. The balance material for shifting was dumped at Road. I had contact mr. Parveen so many times but all in vain. A police complaint was also given at 10:30pm (10/08/23) by calling 100 for this incident since there was no any idea of what material was misplaced or not. Visiting IO also inspected the material lying at road, and also had a conversation with Mr. Parveen to sort out the issue, he assured the IO to shift the material at the earliest in night, but all in vain.

I had paid Rs. 1700/- for shifting & security of the balance material for shifting.

On 11/08/23, I had searched for collecting details “No any Brokers movers & packers” and I got the number from your website [protected], and called him and told him about the incident. Then he told me that Parveen has left out the company and is now using company quotations for fraud and not to escalate the issue.

He also assured me to pay back my expanses of balance shifting i.e 1700/- through parveen or himself.

But even after 11 days, he ( [protected]) was also avoiding my calls .

I am very surprised, How Mr . Parveen can use the name of the company i.e “NO any Brokers” and staff is also cooperating with him.

Why is the company silent, if he is using company quotations and doing this type of fraud?

I request Company management to look into the matter and delink his (Mr. Parveen) number from all business sites in the name of “No any Brokers” and a strict action should be there at company’s end using quotation of company.
