I have been a monthly Subscribe & Save customer of Friends Adult Diapers (Pull-Up Pants, XL size, 30 Count) on Amazon.in for years. The Amazon seller of record for every purchase is the manufacturer itself — Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. From March 2026 onwards the product was reformulated to "Friends Classic Aloe Vera Adult Diaper" (previously just "Friends Classic Adult Diaper"). The last four deliveries of this new Aloe Vera variant (Order IDs[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] leak urine within minutes of being worn. The previous (pre-March) variant did not have this issue.
I wrote a detailed email to [protected]@nobelhygiene.com on 6 April 2026 asking for investigation and replacement. There has been no response in 12+ days.
The product is used daily for my elderly mother's care, so my primary need is replacement with a working product. I am asking for: (1) a written explanation from the manufacturer stating the root cause — specifically what changed in the Aloe Vera reformulation that has caused the leakage, and (2) replacement of all affected packs from the March–April 2026 deliveries with product that performs to the pre-March standard. A refund alone would not solve the problem because I still need a reliable monthly supply of this product.
