Nobrokar Legal Services is Fraud / Scam. They take 100% in advance payment and give very very poor service. Their prices are much higher than the market. 0/10 rating from me. Their so-called "Legal Experts" having not even basic knowledge of the legal Government rules. They do not complete the task on given time. I purchased a Commercial Shop in Pune in December 2025 for which I hired Legal Expert service of Nobrokar & paid 100% amount in advance. And so far since last 4 months my work is not completed. They made numerous mistakes while making Sale Deed Draft and Government Tax Fee calculations. Could not complete even initial MOU even after accepting full payment for the service. Now, in "Tax Receipt Name Change", they made mistake putting "Residential property" which is wrong in the place of "Commercial" property. I have suffered a lot of agony since last 4 months.. and still suffering. Customer care support is very very poor & irresponsible . They just keep timepassing all day and run away & after 5:00 pm they will say "our duty is over at 6:00 pm". If called the next day, the new executive picks up the phone again and continues to timepass with whole story repeating. My previous relationship managers were falsely telling that he had quit his job or was on leave. Many times when I start talking in Hindi or English language, Tamil or other language person is made fun to talk on the phone.. Lot of Harassment is done by their CC.. Specially Mr. Sujay.
