Horrible Experience with NoBroker Packers & Movers – Highly Unreliable Service!
I had an absolutely pathetic experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers. I had booked a slot for 6 PM – 7 PM on 31st July to shift my belongings. The assigned agent for the job was Sahil Dhale ([protected]).
Throughout the day, Sahil kept calling me asking for details — how many articles I had, whether I needed extra manpower, etc. Since I had heavy items, I agreed to take two helpers along with one driver (total 3 people) for the move.
Shockingly, just minutes before the scheduled time (around 5:55 PM – 6:05 PM), I received a message saying “your service is going to be delayed.” I immediately called Sahil Dhale for clarification, and he simply gave me the driver's number and asked me to follow up myself.
When I contacted the driver, he bluntly said that he wouldn’t be coming because he was already occupied with another shifting job. I explained that I had booked the slot in advance and absolutely needed to vacate the flat that day. He was completely unapologetic.
I called Sahil again, and he casually said he would “figure something out” and call me back within 10–15 minutes. That call never came.
I then spent the next 30–45 minutes trying to reach him, only to have every single one of my calls declined. I tried calling him 250–300 times (yes, literally), but not once did he answer.
In complete panic and frustration, I contacted NoBroker customer support. But they were equally unhelpful and did not assign me another agent or provide a timely resolution. Despite booking the slot and confirming everything, I did not receive any service at all.
This experience caused immense stress, and I was left hanging without any moving help after trusting NoBroker with such a critical task.
Final Words:
If you're planning to use NoBroker for Packers & Movers — think twice.
If you're assigned Sahil Dhale, refuse immediately.
Their customer support is poor, response times are pathetic, and in my case, they didn’t even deliver the service that was already paid for and scheduled.
NoBroker completely failed in delivering even the most basic level of professionalism and accountability. If this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.
Avoid at all costs.
