Nobroker Techno — Regarding Unauthorised Transaction on credit card

This is regarding the unauthorised transaction done by NoBroker Technologies Pvt Ltd on 09 December 2023.

Yesterday I got a call regarding redeeming reward points, she had also having details of mine and they have scammed me for Rs.19986.10/- even then after she has tried for 2 other transactions luckily I got a call from bank support otherwise they could withdrawal more amount, immediately they have blocked my card. I don’t understand how they got information about consumers.

I have made an complaint against them, let see where it can helps.
