On 29/12/2023 late night an amount of Rs 15, 296.00 is debited from my credit card to NOBROKER TECHNOLOGI. I've noticed this unauthorized transaction later and have no idea how this happened. I haven't shared any OTP or other information with anyone. On the next day itself i have contacted the axis bank customer care and filed a complaint regarding the same. They told me to wait till the enquiry from their side. They also told that i will get the update within 90 days. But totally disappointed with the result. They are saying this is a fault from my side. But i don't know how this happened in the first place. Now the bank is asking to pay the amount to avoid dues. I can't simply give away my hard earned money like that for a fraud transaction which i don't have any knowledge about. Was this information helpful? |
