These guys are no less than online scammers. Booked a packers and movers service (Booking ID : HSPM[protected], Got it cancelled due to their false promises done at the time of booking the service which were denied by the partner saying the NBH does these false promises until we book the service and they are not refunding the advance amount paid. Also it is not at all possible for a customer to reach out to customer care via call as they don`t attend the call or never call back. Through customer chat support they keep saying that they have escalated and escalation team will call. But nothing has happened till now. Its been more than 2 weeks and still I didnt receive the refund. Was this information helpful? |
