My ATM card Was booked from Noida BNPL SP hub on 23 July 2020 and it came to Jabalpur and returned back showing insufficient address but my address is all correct and I got my cheque book also on the same address and they didn't even send it back to my branch bank
I again booked the ATM card and again it is dispatched from Noida BNPL SP hub but I'm the tracking information it is showing delivery location satna HO but it has to be delivered on Jabalpur
Why Noida BNPL SP hub people write wrong address on the ATM card envelop again and again we r facing a lot of from because of this and one month passed I didn't got my ATM card and the new one I booked they wrote delivery location satna I don't know it will go to satna now or Jabalpur
Why you all don't update address properly and correctly customer has to face lots of problem bcoz of this only and we have to contact here and there in bank
Even you all don't update any customer care number so that customer can contact
