This is to bring your notice to provide more guards so as to decrease the crowd getting over powered. Ladies and senior people gets hurt in wild crowd. Crowd waiting outside the metro don't even wait to let people inside the train come out first and then throw themselves inside. Please provide management like rajiv chowk. That station also has many people over there but their management is quite good.

Today, a crowd was knowingly created at Noida Metro Station, Sector 51. Passengers carrying bags and those without were made to stand in the same queue, which led to unnecessary congestion and confusion. Additionally, some security personnel—who were not in uniform—were reportedly misbehaving inside the guard room. They allegedly threatened passengers, forcibly detained them, and falsely accused them of misconduct. These individuals then imposed unjust fines in order to release the passengers.

Strict action should be taken by the concerned authorities responsible for managing these arrangements. A photo has also been attached for reference.
