Nois — Name and DOB are wrong in 10th standard certificate.......

I applied for 10th standard exam from NIOS formarly know as NOS in Delhi after completing my 8th standard from Board School of Education From Haryana. Unfortunately when I received 10th Standard mark sheet the Name Spelling and the Date of Birth was little mistaken such as:

Name spelling was RAJIV KHATRI and in t0th Marksheet it was RAJEEV KHATRI
DOB was[protected] but was printed as[protected]

these two above mistakes are making my life miserable every now and then wherever it is needed to submit.
I want these two corrections should be done in my 10th Marksheet from the NIOS issueing authority.
