We are facing lot of noise problems in our locality (12a colony, saraswati marg, karol bagh) by loud music almost every night, even after 10 pm also. This noise pollution is creating menace and distraction in our daily works, studies and causing heart problems. We are getting very much troubled by this as we have our exams soon.
