I have a complaint regarding fake promises made such company while selling reliance nippon policy. I have read a compliant on this page and the same issues i am also facing.
Please support what action can we taken against the same
"this in regards to the policy[protected] which i purchased from the above mentioned agent.
Agent communicated that if i invest for 3 years for rs50000/- i would get a return of 225000/- by the end of 3 years, however this wasn't true post checking with the reliance nippon company.

He sent 2 of his executive for selling the policy, who didn't had any id card and moreover they represented themselves as reliance employees.
Rajiv manipulated the policy and interpreted it in such a way that it calculated the sum to rs225000/-. Post checking with the reliance company it was found only rs-30000/- will be received post the surrender after 3 years.
I blame even the reliance company for outsourcing the sales to unauthorized fraud agents. They should validate if the agency is ethically sane to sell the policy.
I had to make several call and visit the branch itself to have this cancelled and surrendered.
I hope a strict action to be taken against the agency for the fraud and the reliance company for not validating the sales agency." Was this information helpful? |
