faced the same issues, can you please help with the way forward. I'm not sure to take back the money.
FRAUD OF "RELIANCE NIPPON GUARANTEED MONEY BACK PLAN" BY NORTH INDIA FINSERVE PVT. LTD. :
I am also the victim of this fraud done by North India Finserve Pvt. Ltd. Let me tell the complete story. First of all, these guys NEVER let you know that they are calling you from North India Finserve Pvt. Ltd; they impersonate and call you as an executive of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. They will offer you Guaranteed Money Back Plan with an OPD Health Insurance Card. What smart method they make use of, is :
(1) Reliance is giving additional benefit to you because you have chosen to be DIRECTLY associated with Reliance without any agent/intermediary. And, they give a DIRECT2CUSTOMER Code, citing its extraordinary benefits like reduction in premium amount in subsequent years, cashbacks on payment of first premium and many more.
(2) They will ask you NOT to REVEAL this additional benefit of Health Insurance while getting a verification call of agent of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. They convince you saying that since IRDAI does not permit alluring customers by additional or undue benefits like Health Card, Cashbacks etc., therefore in order to get the policy successfully issue, customer MUST NOT REVEAL these benefits of Health card, cashbacks etc to the agent, calling from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
In this way, these people from North India Finserve Pvt. Ltd., who pretend to be staffs of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, successfully manage to convince and fool us to buy this insurance policy.
Once the Welcome kit of policy is delivered to the customer; these people will start fooling you saying that your final policy document will be delivered in 45-60 DAYS!!! Moreover, they will tell you that your Health Card will be delivered to you in 60 DAYS. Once 60 days are over, they will tell you that the Health Cards are printed in Hyderabad, and the delay is happening over there in dispatching..bla, bla.., bla... Using these lame excuses they will manage to fool you for over 3-5 months since issue of your policy. Thereafter, you are left with NO option at all to quit your policy.
Please BEWARE of getting in trap of such people. I fell prey of these people, request you all to beware.
