[Resolved] north maharashtra university — Regarding Transcript Certificate

I applied online for Transcript Certificate on 01/01/2015 (Application No.:NMUONLINEAPP25L48) and made an online payment of INR 2000.00 (INR 1000.00 per copy; Order # : NMUONLINE-274PW). It has been 3 months now & whenever I call the concerned department to inquire about the status of the application, they keep telling me to call after a week.
I have sent all the required documents 3 times but still there is no update from them.
I need the transcript certificate to go for higher studies abroad.
Please help me out with this.

The issue is resolved. Appropriate action was taken & the certificate was delivered. The concerned person called me & updated me the status of the application. Shortly after, the certificate reached my address.
