Road encroachment residents of s block, near mcd school, west patel nagar, new delhi, some anti social element encroachment on the road and mcd park, they do not allow anyone to enter the mcd park, they are using this park for their private cattle ducks. Selling their eggs and making money, ducks injured many people & children. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed.
