I am writing to formally log a dispute regarding the approval and subsequent disbursement of the loan associated with application number APP/EL/CAREER/135472.

Northern Arc Investments was serving the Planet Spark team and held no liability for customers. On the day the online loan was approved (Sat, 4 Jul 2026, 6:54 pm), I clearly and repeatedly told the Northern Arc team that I did not want to proceed with the Planet Spark course and asked to cancel the application. Despite my clear instructions, the loan process was completed—using authorization data from DigiLocker—and the funds were disbursed.

I was informed by Northern Arc team on 8th July 2026, only after the fact, that the funds had already been transferred to WINSPARK INNOVATIONS LEARNING PVT. I find it completely unacceptable that this loan was processed against my explicit wishes.
Out of the 100 online classes from Planet park, 40 were AI-based and did not require a teacher, while another 40 had a fixed timetable that could not be changed. Customers were only able to choose the timing for 20 learning classes.
Planet Spark and Northern ARC Bank are like two sides of the same coin, both engaging in the same online scam without proper rules or regulations. A total amount of over Rs 39, 000+ was held in the Planet Spark account. I had joined two online classes scheduled for the 9th and 10th of July 2026, but no classes were provided. The customer service was extremely poor..

I want to make it clear that I won’t be responsible for, or make any EMI payments on, a loan and service I explicitly declined before it was disbursed. I’m requesting that this loan account be reviewed right away and cancelled with no financial obligation on my part.
