Northern Travels Red Bus — Delay/road safety/ traveller safety

Northern travel was a worst bus ever had in my life.9.55pm pickup came at 23.58 Driver didn't know about consumer behaviour Unprofessional driver .Rash driving, no stoping for rest, and also not on time always one of the careless driver.Northern travels are not worth for bus trip arranging their buses are worst in condition seating not comfortable waste of time in travelling.This travels is only fit for goods service.No proper documentation as per road transport law for the bus .Very careless driver and their staff no charging point inside the bus some fishy smell inside the bus like entering the market unhygienic bus .no courtesy in operator or driver for the delay .
Definitely Im gonna raise this issue to the high command and authorities of road transport dept.
