Northernanthes — No deliver against advance payment

I have ordered a kitchen item on 22.04.21and paid the amount of Rs 229/ thru my credit card, but till date I have not receive my package. Neither phones are reachable nor mails are transmitting and bouncing back.
Alert msg from bank for successfully payment done is as under ;
