Northernanthes — Not received any confirmation about my email or received any order

I have ordered a "CutterX Multifunctional Vegetable Cutter with Drain Basket" for RS229, Later i noticed I didn't goy any confirmation email or message to me. I don't have any update on order since then. I need to know whether my order will be delivered or not. If not please refund me.
