Review for DMart – West Greater Noida
I visited DMart West Greater Noida for shopping last Saturday-4 Oct'25. While we were at the payment counter, two employees in official DMart uniforms approached my husband and unexpectedly asked whether he had paid for the Nehru jacket he was wearing. We were completely taken aback, as the jacket was our personal belonging and not purchased from the store.
Despite explaining this politely, both employees became visibly furious and started misbehaving with us on the shop floor. Their behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering we were calm and respectful throughout.
I request the management to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action. Also, please confirm whether this review has been acknowledged or reviewed by the concerned team.
