I have ordered IMS Mathematics optional notes worth rupees Rs. 3944.05 from the notesduniya website. I have done the payment on 15/11/2023 at 00:55AM. In this context, I want to inform that money Rs. 3944.05 got deducted from my bank account but in notesduniya official website customer order history it is still only showing payment initiated and payment details are not being updated. Screenshots of the payment reference number[protected] and transaction mail received from the bank are attached herewith.
