[Resolved]  Nova Appliances — Reg. Nova Trimmer not working

Hi team,

I brought a Nova trimmer from Snapdeals. This is under warranty.
This has stopped working in only 15 days of delivery.
The contact number mentioned is incorrect and I am unable to reach out to anyone for any assistance.

The product takes a lot of time to recharge and also, heats up while recharging.

The guys connected with me and asked me to send the device via courier and the courier will charge more than the product itself. So no use of saying replacement warranty. I have stopped buying NOVA products and encouraged everyone around me to avoid buying any of their product.

Updated by Gagan Nagi Tried calling the Customer care number, and emailed, but no response and numbers says that these are wrong numbers.
