We have given order of two Electric tricycle (EV) in Nova Automachine at Pudukkottai on 19 Aug 2025 by paying advance 50, 000 rs. they pledged us will ready in next 3 days. after that 6 times commitment given and breached for delivery date, after long struggle we have taken out only 06 Sep 2025. because seller is away from 170 km from my location. Seller is contacted via Indiamart due to myself inquired there itself.
during first time test drive, Vehicle is not in running condition after lot of fixing vehicle became running condition. after bring to home native motor issue came and assemble not done properly and few feature also missing and from company not responsible proper. he told that lot of fake promise.
then i raised the concern to indiamart itself. after raising the complaint in indiamart, the company not ready do anything on this issue. wherever complaint raised they will come fix it such way they are replying. Was this information helpful? |
