I would Like to inform you that our seller account "THE BEAUTY BAR" has been Blocked / Blacklisted by your Trust and Safety Team and reason behind that was selling Fake product "Listing id : LSTCBKGNZEUE5KANSMKM1FKKB".

For which details you have sent how to active again mentioned below :

Steps to reactive your account
Share an invoice/authorization letter to prove that the suspected products (details sent on your primary mail id) are genuine. Following documents are acceptable to show that you are selling genuine products:
1.Purchase invoice from authorized dealer
2. Authorization letter from distributor/publisher (for books).

We have already shared the invoices and Brand Authorization letter multiple times but still you are not accepting my invoices and BAL and replying same line again and again that is mentioned below:

We have resolved your request that was raised regarding “Account Pending-Listing Inactive-Fake”.

Your account will not be activated

We have all of the documents with us for verification.
As we have not sold any fake product, we have a right to know the following:-
1. Why will you not activate our account after sending invoices and BAL.
2. If you are not activating pls share the reason why you will not activate our account, what we have done.
3. If you are saying that our above product was fake then share the proof as we know that we have sold genuine products.

If there is the problem of brand we will remove all the products of that brand and give you the affidavit of that.

Previously we have escalated this issue with seller support vide incident id are mentioned below.

Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not sold any fake product.
We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the case.
If we do not get satisfactory answers, we will only be left with filing RTI CASE.
