I have attended training for tv repair technician level 4 under star scheme of nsdc. I have contacted nsdc helpline many times and have asked for my certificate and reward money. Each time i call, a complaint is registered by the representative and after that no further action is taken. I have complained several times, but there is no response from nsdc.
