NSH Ranchi — delay in speed post

My speed post, consignment no em[protected]in has been stuck at nsh ranchi for the past 1 week
It was sent from goa on 25th may, 2018.
The item had been bagged for nsh jamshedpur on 26th
By 27th, it had been bagged and dispatched from mumbai, to nsh ranchi.

After that, this whole week, there has been no update on the tracker.

I am willing to go to ranchi on 4th june, if needed, but i need that post urgently

Please help me
