Nts Forex Trading — Commodity Trading Robot

I am having 24 currency trading robots with NTS Forex Trading Company, out of which 15 robots are linked to active cent accounts. I have converted my dollar accounts to cent accounts as suggested by Mr Manoj from NTS Forex Trading Company and his manager by paying Rs. 60000- in this regard. While converting they have assured me that these accounts are covered under insurance protection against trading losses. As there was heavy losses in all my 15 accounts, I have put up insurance claim with GFTMA (Brocker ) on 29/10/21, for which no response received yet.

In the meanwhile Mr Pramod from NTS Forex Trading Company contacted me on 23/11/21 recommending to covert my robots to commodity trading robots. After long discussion I have agreed to retain my 10 currency trading robots and coverting remaining 14 robots to 5 commodity trading robots on paying Rs. 25000- and remitted the amount on 23/11/21 itself. While remitting the amount Mr Promod has agreed to credit USD 125 each to my 15 cent accounts as a compensation for the trading loss suffered and make available 5 commodity trading robots with a condition to remit balance amount of INV-003462/11/2021 from the profit generated from commodity trading.

Eventhough Mr Pramod from NTS Forex Trading Company has agreed to provide credit and make the commodity trading robots live on the very next day, ie 24/11/21, nothing happened till date. The Company have failed to honor their commitments, ie proving credit o[censored]SD125 each to my 15 cent accounts with GFTMA and enabling 5 commodity trading accounts, till date (22/12/21), even after repeated requests from my side in this regard.
