Dear sir,
My name is mohd taher khan, my uan number is[protected]
My member id is cbcbe[protected]
When i am doing login in uan portal. Doe epf it is showing unavailable and doj eps and doe eps it is showing not available. Also my pan card it is showing in kyc as unverified.

When i am going for claim purpose, it is not giving claim option. Please insert date of exit and verify my pan card. Please change my name in uan portal according to pan card. I am attaching pics o[censored]an portal site and pan card. Please help me in this regard.

2 months over nobody is entering date of exit in uan portal.
From 2 years i am applying for pf previously through documents. At that time i have told to praveen and anita hr, just they were sending mails, but nothing happened. Now i want to apply online, but date of exit is not there and they are not entering after sending mails.

I request to nuance company of bangalore to please enter date of exit and make my problem solved. Only 9 months worked you people are doing like this, who worked for 2 and 3 yeas 10 years what you have done i dont know. For small company i have applied they have given me in 4 months and this nuance being a big company doing like this cheap things. If you dont want to given pf then why u are making others to join home based jobs from other states.

I dont know when they will enter my date of exit and when i will get my pf. Nobody is responding for my e-mail.

    On 02 jul 16, at 1630 hrs i was travelling from bagalur cross to majestic bus stand. The vovo bus k-09 stopped at bagalur cross and opened the door before i got into, the bus moved and i was dragged on the road as i was holding the door. I had buries on my knees and my mobile purchased for 43000/- (Sony z1) was damaged. The entire screen got damaged and dent in the screen.
    Bus no. F129 and the driver was mr natraj.
    When i reached majestic i made complaint with information center the complaint registration no. Y-10 09878
    Please look into this and request for the mobile replacement or cost of repair charge
