This is aravazhi ponnusamy, an ex-employee of our organization (emp ID: 703693) After I am taken up by Cognizant, I served there up to Oct 15, 2024, and then pushed off the wagon because of development in AI. I still could not get any job until now. When I applied to withdraw PF, it was rejected. One of the reasons that came up was "Claim Rejected EPS eligible but eql share is recvd from BGBNG/44756/13896." The other reason was that my name order was not in the same order as on my Aadhar card, which I changed now. I have attached the screenshots of the rejection and year-wise passbook summary for your reference. My agent told me that the PF was primarily rejected because no pension amount was split and deposited. She advised me to get a letter from your side explaining how the PF was paid without pension allocation or any clarification in that regard. She said this letter would be useful in obtaining the PF amount sanctioned for me after submitting it to the PF organization. I request you to please help me in this regard.
