Pathetic after sales service. Gave phone in nubia service center hira baug pune on 25 july as the handset was restarting all the time. They told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and it will take around 25 days. Now it’s almost a month and whenever i call the customer care they say that they do not have any update and they have forwarded my query to concerned department. Service center says they can’t do anything unless they receive the part. Please look into this issue. Product name - nubia z11.
