Nuisance — Mill running 24x7, too disturbing

I am living in Vellalore and there is a mill opposite to Pechiamman temple which is running 24x7, there is no regulation on timings and they keep on running in nights where we are not able to sleep. Request your kind intervention to resolve the issue and regulate the timings
